What VolarJets does
VolarJets.com is an information and referral platform. It does not source or negotiate aircraft for the user and takes no part in the flight contract or payment.
We currently refer authorised enquiries to one independent provider. It must explain its own role, identify the air operator and handle any quote, contract, charge, invoice or later support.

What happens after an enquiry
We check that the minimum trip details and permission to share them are present. Referral does not guarantee availability or a reply; it allows the provider to assess the route, date, passengers and baggage supplied by the user.
If the provider prepares a proposal, it must identify its role and the relevant air operator. The user can then review the aircraft, inclusions, final price, contract, payment and conditions separately before accepting any service.
