Before you write
What should you have ready?
The route, the date and how many people are travelling is enough for us to give you a range. If you also know the rough departure time and whether the return is the same day, that range narrows considerably. Nothing else is needed to start — no payment details, no documents.
How far ahead should you ask?
Two or three days is normal. A private flight is not a taxi: the aircraft has to be found, crew confirmed, and permits and slots arranged. With less notice it sometimes works and sometimes does not, depending on what is positioned nearby, and we would rather tell you that than promise it. We do not run an emergency service or medical evacuation flights.
What happens after you write?
We provide guidance. If you want to proceed, we ask permission to refer the details to an independent provider. Only it can confirm availability, operator, terms and final price.
Does VolarJets operate the aircraft?
No. VolarJets only informs and refers authorised enquiries. It does not sell, contract, charge for, confirm or operate flights; the provider identifies who contracts and operates.
