Privacy Notice
Comprehensive privacy notice · Last updated: 1 September 2026
1. Who is responsible
HURTADO GLOBAL MEDIA GROUP S DE RL DE CV, a Mexican limited-liability company with RFC HGM160624EP4, of Avenida Nuevo León 161, 2º piso 201, sección C, Hipódromo, 06100, Cuauhtemoc, Mexico City, Mexico, hereafter «VolarJets», is responsible for processing your personal data.
VolarJets offers an information and enquiry-referral service for users in Mexico. Where the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) applies, we process personal data under that law and this notice; other mandatory privacy rules may also apply according to the person and processing concerned.
2. What we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email address and telephone number.
- Trip details: origin, destination, dates, passenger count and flight preferences.
- Needs you disclose: baggage, mobility, pets or other preferences you choose to include.
Sensitive data. We do not ask for it as a matter of course. If you voluntarily tell us about a health condition, reduced mobility or a dietary requirement, we ask for express consent before referring that information.
We never ask for banking details on this site. No form on volarjets.com requests card numbers or banking credentials.
3. What we use it for
Primary purposes
Necessary to provide the service. Refuse these and we cannot handle your request.
- Receiving, organising and responding to your initial enquiry.
- Asking permission to send the necessary details to an independent provider.
- Transmitting the authorised enquiry so that provider can contact you and potentially quote it.
- Keeping evidence of the enquiry and consent, and meeting legal obligations.
Secondary purposes
Not necessary for the service. You may refuse these without affecting your request.
- Sending commercial communications about our services.
- Producing internal statistics to improve the service.
To refuse the secondary purposes, write to info@volarjets.com saying which. Every message we send also carries an unsubscribe route.
4. Data transfers
This matters and is worth reading. VolarJets is an information and referral platform; it does not sell or operate flights. Only with your permission do we send the enquiry details to an independent provider so it can contact you.
With your consent, the necessary data is transferred to:
- The independent provider receiving the enquiry, so it can contact you, assess it and, where appropriate, issue its own quote. We currently use one provider.
- Competent authorities, only where the law requires VolarJets to disclose data.
We do not refer the enquiry until you consent. Once received, the provider processes the data for its own contact, quote and potential-contract purposes under its own privacy notice. The transfer may be international. We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising.
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it where inaccurate, Cancel it where you believe it is not needed, and Object to its processing for specific purposes.
To exercise them, send a request to info@volarjets.com including:
- Your name and a means of replying to you.
- A copy of official identification proving your identity, or your representative's.
- A clear description of the data concerned and which right you are exercising.
- Anything that helps locate the data, such as flight dates or routes.
We will tell you our decision within 20 business days of receiving the request and, where it succeeds, act on it within the following 15 business days. Exercising these rights is free.
6. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@volarjets.com. Note that if an authorised referral has already happened, you must also exercise your rights with the provider that received the data. The law may require us to retain minimal evidence.
7. Limiting use and disclosure
Beyond the ARCO rights, you may ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by the same route. We will act on the request and add you to an internal exclusion list for commercial communications.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised use, access or processing. The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection.
9. Cookies and tracking
Ahrefs Web Analytics measures aggregate visits without cookies. For acquisition campaigns, Google Ads may attribute a WhatsApp enquiry to an advert. Measurement storage remains denied unless you grant permission; we do not use advertising personalisation or remarketing. The cookie policy sets this out in full.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services, our practices or the law change. The current version always lives at this address and carries its date in the header.
11. Supervisory authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may approach the competent authority for personal data held by private parties in Mexico, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over these functions when INAI was dissolved.
12. Contact
For any question about this notice or about how we handle your data, write to info@volarjets.com or use the contact page.
