1. Owner and scope

HURTADO GLOBAL MEDIA GROUP S DE RL DE CV, a Mexican limited-liability company with RFC HGM160624EP4, of Avenida Nuevo León 161, 2º piso 201, sección C, Hipódromo, 06100, Cuauhtemoc, Mexico City, Mexico, operates volarjets.com and the VolarJets service.

These terms govern the website, app, assistant and information/referral service. Sending an enquiry creates no booking, agency relationship, carriage contract or purchase obligation.

2. What VolarJets does

We collect details the user chooses to provide — such as route, date, passengers, baggage and contact information — and only with permission pass them to an independent provider that can review the enquiry.

• Enquiries are currently referred to one independent provider.
• VolarJets does not seek or negotiate offers for the user and does not select, reserve or control aircraft.
• VolarJets is not an airline, direct air carrier or operator and has no operational control.
• If we use more providers in future, we will update this information and the applicable consent.

3. Indicative prices and content

Published hourly rates, ranges and calculations are indicative “from” guidance. They are not an offer, quote, availability promise or binding price. Actual figures can vary by aircraft, positioning, route, date, schedule, passengers, baggage weight and volume, fuel, airports, permits, taxes and services.

Only the independent provider can issue a final quote and explain inclusions, validity, tax and terms. Aircraft images and sheets are category references and do not promise a particular model or registration.

4. Referral and permission

Before sharing an enquiry, we ask permission to send the necessary details to the independent provider. Refusal is permitted, but means we cannot complete the referral. The provider will use the data to contact, assess and potentially quote the enquiry under its own privacy notice.

5. Contract, payment, changes and claims

Any later flight or intermediary contract is made directly with the provider presenting it. That provider determines availability, operator, aircraft, final price, payment, invoice, changes, cancellations, refunds and after-sales support.

Do not pay VolarJets. We do not request or receive deposits, transfers, card details or banking credentials. Always verify the provider, terms and payment details in its own documents before contracting.

6. Responsibility

The user must provide accurate information and independently review the provider's proposal and documents. The provider and, where applicable, the air operator are responsible for their offers, contracts, charges, transport, safety, permits, insurance and operational control.

VolarJets is responsible for its own digital service and reasonable transmission of an authorised enquiry, but does not guarantee contact, a quote, acceptance or aircraft availability. Nothing excludes non-waivable rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Site use and intellectual property

Texts, design, marks and graphics on volarjets.com are protected. Information is educational and may change. Commercial exploitation requires permission.

8. Privacy

Data processing and authorised referral are explained in our privacy notice.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States, and disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, without removing any mandatory consumer law or forum. Platform enquiries: info@volarjets.com.
