Every published figure is “from” guidance, not a quote. A Learjet 55 starts from $4,620 USD per hour; a Hawker 700/800 from $6,435; a Gulfstream G-IV from $10,560; and a Global Express XRS from $18,000. Route, date, schedule, passengers, baggage, services and live availability determine the final quote.

The final quote states exactly what is included. Aircraft, crew, fuel, positioning, airport fees, handling, tax, catering and crew overnight costs can vary by mission and operator. The breakdown is reviewed before booking.

The whole aircraft is quoted, not individual seats. Dividing the guidance across passengers can help comparison, but does not guarantee a saving against a commercial flight. Value depends on schedule, airports, group and mission.

An empty leg is a repositioning flight without passengers. Route, date, availability, price and terms vary each time, so it is reviewed only through a quote and no fixed discount percentage is advertised.

Cancellation terms depend on the operator and accepted quote. They are provided in writing before payment; we do not publish general percentages because they would not apply to every operation.

Requests with 24 hours or more are reviewed normally. Between 12 and 24 hours the trip is urgent, carries a surcharge and remains subject to aircraft, crew, permits and slots. We do not accept requests with less than 12 hours. Earlier notice provides more options.

A change can be requested, but remains subject to availability, permits, operator terms and possible price differences. It is not confirmed until accepted in writing.

It can be requested. The operator confirms whether the aircraft should wait or reposition and which timings, fees, crew limits or overnight costs apply. The quote records those terms.

You can include ground transport, catering or other services in the enquiry. The provider decides whether it can offer them, confirms the cost and adds them to its own quote; VolarJets neither contracts nor guarantees them.

The flight is performed by a certified air operator, not VolarJets. Before contracting, the operator, aircraft and applicable documentation are confirmed so the customer can verify them. We do not attribute extra audits or certifications without specific evidence.

Domestic flights require current official ID. International trips require the passports, visas and documents demanded by origin, destination and transit points. The operator confirms the applicable list; private travel does not remove immigration, customs or security controls.

The operation must be performed by an authorised operator and comply with applicable rules. VolarJets only informs and refers authorised enquiries; the provider identifies who contracts and which operator is responsible for the flight and documents.

Insurance cover and validity belong to the aircraft operator and are checked for the specific operation. Customers who need documentation or particular limits should request them before contracting.

Request it with the quote. Cabin travel, restraint or carrier, documents, limits and possible charges depend on species, size, aircraft, operator and route. We do not promise free or carrier-free travel before confirmation.

Food, drink and dietary needs can be requested with the quote. Availability, cost and notice depend on airport, supplier, operator and timing; nothing is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

It depends on the specific aircraft and equipment. If it is essential, state it in the request so it can be confirmed in writing; the aircraft model alone does not guarantee a particular installation.

Limits depend on weight and volume, as well as passengers, fuel, route and the aircraft compartment. State quantity, dimensions and special items such as golf clubs, skis, boards or bicycles before aircraft assignment.

We can review domestic and international routes according to aircraft range, airports, permits and operator availability. Published examples do not imply a guaranteed frequency or aircraft.

A technical or passenger stop can be requested. The operator must confirm runway suitability, permits, slots, crew limits and the revised quote before it becomes part of the itinerary.

We can include a smaller airport or authorised private strip in the enquiry. The provider decides whether to assess it and confirms feasibility based on runway, surface, operating hours, services, permissions, aircraft performance and insurance.

A charter is quoted for a specific mission. A jet card is a separate prepaid programme offered by some providers with its own rules, service area and availability terms. VolarJets sells neither: it publishes guidance and refers authorised enquiries.
