Catalogue scope: VolarJets does not currently advertise a closed rate or guaranteed inventory for piston aircraft or turboprops. The provider must review the specific request before deciding whether it can quote. Generic internet prices should not be read as a VolarJets offer.
What a Quote Needs
- Exact origin and destination: including preferred airfield or FBO if known.
- Date and time: departures in under 12 hours are not accepted; 12–24 hours may carry a surcharge and have less availability.
- Passengers: names and, where the operator asks, weights for balance calculations.
- Baggage: pieces, dimensions and weight, validated by weight and volume together with fuel and route.
- Special needs: pets, mobility, instruments, sports equipment or sensitive cargo.
Price and Confirmation
The final price depends on the specific aircraft, positioning, minimum hours, airports, permits, waiting, overnight costs and requested services. Any published amount must be guidance “from”; for this category, the provider must review the enquiry before deciding whether it can quote.
VolarJets does not take deposits or confirm bookings. The independent provider sets any payment schedule in its own quote and contract. A repositioning sector or empty leg is reviewed only for a specific route and date, with no advertised fixed discount.
Safety and Operations
VolarJets only informs and refers authorised enquiries. The provider must identify who contracts, the operator, aircraft and terms. The operator is responsible for permits, crew, maintenance, insurance, runway viability, balance and operational decisions.
For domestic flights, 15–20 minutes at the FBO can be reporting guidance, but the final itinerary controls. FBO means Fixed Base Operator: the executive-aviation facility serving passengers, crew and aircraft; it does not mean every service is included.
